Each of Duxford's Flying Days is themed and will allow visitors the chance to explore the museum and pop up displays and experiences, before enjoying some flying. The theme this time celebrates VE Day. The flying-line up will commemorate the role of aviation and RAF Duxford in the fight for peace across Europe. There will also be entertainment on the ground, including a street party. |

B49 5NJ | Expect a Friday evening 'Nightfire': a combination of a dusk aerobatic air display with lighting and pyrotechnics and a ground-based hot air balloon glow. Over the whole weekend expect vintage aircraft, aerobatics and other air displays. Although the event is being held at Ragley Hall, it is not organised by them, so please do not direct enquiries to the Hall.

May 30 - June 1 | English Riviera Airshow Paignton Torbay Devon TQ4 6AG | In 2020 the Torbay Airshow became 'The English Riviera Airshow' and was to return in 2021 for a fifth year after 2020's cancellation. However, uncertainty surrounding Covid-19 forced a second cancellation. The rebranded show did launch in 2022 with four days of events, although there was only flying over the weekend. The two-day weekend seaside show with the new branding returned in 2023 and 2024 and is scheduled again for 2025. The show is based over the sea at Paignton and the ground events are centred on Paignton Green. An 'event village' offers stalls, music, food and fair rides. |

The 2022 show was due to be held in September but was postponed because of the death of Her late Majesty. The date was moved to the more traditional May slot for 2023, which it had wished to retain for 2024 but it was postponed until September at the last minute. The rearranged show was smaller and more community-based with less flying. |

The Festival of Flight returns as a two-day show (down from three in 2024) with daytime (14.00 - 17.30) and evening (20.00 - 21.00) flying on both days. Over both the festival days there will be range of displays to celebrate the achievements of aviation, from the very first flight right up to date, involving the resident Shuttleworth Collection and visiting aircraft. Also expect plenty of activities for the whole family including parades, outdoor cinema, fun fair, fireworks, and interactive Discovery Zones.
