The show was not held in 2017 because of a lack of sponsorship and to enable plans to be made for the long term shape of the event. Unfortunately, they could not secure sufficient funding, so the 2017 show was also cancelled. Click either of the blue texts to see the respective announcements. Newspaper reports in the late summer of 2017 suggested the possibility of a joint Dawlish and Teignmouth Air Show to coincide with the Bournemouth show if sufficient funding could be raised but the show did not materialise.

Wirral
Merseyside
CH45 3HL

This new free airshow was to have been held in 2016, but the local authorities said official arrangements had not been agreed in time so the show could not go ahead. The organisers promised a show in 2017. However the local authority confirmed that no application to stage a show in 2017 was made.
